Secondary Packing: Equipment mounted on heavy-duty wooden skid/base frame with shock absorbers or vibration pads (if applicable). Structural components like blower sections and coils are cushioned with foam blocks or thermocol padding.Fasteners & Accessories: Loose components (filters, controllers, fasteners) packed separately in corrugated boxes with proper tagging and included inside the main crate or separately marked. Markings: Each packed AHU shall bear equipment code, model number, project/client name, net/gross weight, lifting points, and center of gravity.
